Most walks are of 2 hours duration. Some drives an hour or so longer
Meeting place for trips is indicated in the first column after the time. B stands for our traditional meeting place at the lower end of Belk's parking lot close to Burger King, while the WM means the new Wal-Mart on Route 466 (meet near the store’s garden center at the end of the parking lot closest to the railroad tracks) Sign up for Special Events (members only) is announced 30 days prior to the date of the event and reservations are accepted on a first-come basis. Regular meetings are held at the Paradise Center in the Gregory Peck and Marilyn Monroe rooms. Directions to the various places are provided as well.
