Sour Orange Cake Sour Orange Glaze • 1/4 cup Sour Orange juice Beat until smooth. NOTES: Get the sour oranges from any "old" grove of orange trees. Bourlay is a good source. I freeze the juice in bags for future times when we can’t get the oranges. The 3/4 of a cup of juice that goes into the cake and glaze requires about 3 oranges or less.
