First walk of the new season and a new venue that we will try again in the spring. A good group of birders turned out on this steamy hot & humid day in the forest. My apologies for our removal from the Silver Lake Campground. I've birded campgrounds around the country and this was a first. Our total count for the day was 41 species with some nice migrants present. Hope you had a good time.
