The Village Birders Club

Bird walk report - Potts Preserve

Date: Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006

This was a steamy day for a walk and "where were the birds??". Potts Preserve was visited by our club in April 2006 and produced many great birds, a very active place. Today's walk was very quiet and the birds that we did see were few in numbers. As Disney says "Itsnotazoo". Our big treat of the day were two Limpkins that showed off for us as we ate our lunch along the Withlacoochee River
